Carnegie Fonder’s Russia portfolio management has been awarded Citywire’s very highest platinum rating. This is a recognition received by only 2 percent of the world’s Russia portfolio managers, and Fredrik Colliander is one of these.

Fredrik Colliander has managed Carnegie Rysslandsfond since 2000.

When Citywire evaluates fund management teams it examines the returns over a period of three to seven years. Only those teams that beat the average by at least one-third are awarded a rating, which means only 20 percent of the thousands of funds evaluated by Citywire worldwide.

Of this 20 percent, 10 percent receive the top platinum rating, which means that the manager of Carnegie Rysslandsfond is among the best 2 percent globally.

A further 20 percent (of the 20 percent) receive gold, 30 percent silver and 40 percent bronze. All of these ratings are therefore excellent.

On August 31, the following teams at Carnegie Fonder had Citywire Group Ratings:

Platinum: Carnegie Rysslandsfond

Gold: Mixed funds Carnegie Strategifond and Carnegie Total

Gold: Carnegie Småbolagsfond and Carnegie Micro Cap

Bronze: Carnegie Corporate Bond and Carnegie Obligationsfond
