3. Training and incentives
All fund managers, analysts and account managers are provided with ongoing training. They have, for example, completed the PRI Academy’s Responsible Investment Fundamentals course and the advanced Responsible Investment Essentials course.
The requirement for active sustainability efforts is expressed in the job descriptions and procedures applicable to all fund managers. The CEO/CIO formulates and follows up the sustainability targets of the fund managers during the annual performance management dialogue.
Managers’ personal targets concern matters such as performance of sustainability analyses and the number of proactive engagements.
Incentives include variable pay.
